The Change Tupelo Foundation exists to create and maintain healthy and sustainable communities by providing and promoting the benefits of Skateboarding Culture and the arts in Northeast Mississippi.

We will achieve this goal by working with municipalities, non-profits, local businesses, and private donors on the design, development, and construction of legal and safe public skateboarding areas. Special attention will be given to the creation, installation, and implementation of Skateable Public Art in both new and currently existing mixed-use Public Space in urban areas. 

We also aim to freely provide: 

• New and refurbished skate equipment,
• Classes and school programs that teach Skateboarding Culture and the arts,
• Mentorship and training in community service,
• Opportunities to travel and support the building of Skateboarding Culture in cities around the region and across the world.
